WINE-MAKING

Soft pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at constant temperature (18°C) for 20 days in stainless steel tanks.

BOTTLE-AGEING

In bottle for 3 months.

RELEASE

6-8 months after harvest.

MATCHES WELL WITH

Thinly sliced raw fish and shellfish with a dressing.
First course with fish. Stewed fish and white meat.
